Comments about Carolina Cottage 5 Piece Prairie Dining Set in Antique Black:
The product itself looks much more expensive than it is, the chairs have a very wide and comfortable seat, not often seen in cheaper sets, the chairs come already assembled and the table is easy to do. The finish is a perfect antique black, not too dark, not too light, not shiny not matte. It's also the perfect size for my eat-in kitchen, just big enough to fit a family of 4 around the table comfortably.
Service and delivery comments:
HORRIBLE!! It arrives on time, but in the first set of chairs, there was a huge split in the wood down the entire length of the chair. And in the same delivery, there was a split in the wood on the table top AND two scratches! They were very good about getting me a new chair and table, when the new chair came it was fine, but the table came and once again had a scratch but at least this time the wood was in tact. I just don't understand how it can have a rating of rarely arriving damaged when I have had real issue with the damage on this item!
