Positives: Looks great. Very firm and comfortable. I would buy this again.\n\nNegative: Slight dents in back and arm, probably from packing, disappeared with some 'massaging" of foam.\n\nNote: Back of chair does measure 32" while front actually measures 35" across arms at widest point.
