Catskill's manufactured items are made from naturally self-sustaining, non-endangered North American hardwoods, primarily birch and hard rock maple. Lumber is purchased from area sawmills, then dried, manufactured, and packaged on site. All sawdust, shavings and waste materials generated during the manufacturing process is converted into wood pellet fuel, and used to heat homes. Catskill is proud to say, "our operations generate no wood waste".

I bought this for my microwave - it is great, the pull out cutting board is invaluable. There is additional storage underneath. It was easy to assemble and I was able to do it by myself, a second set of hand would have been useful but not an absolute requirement. Good construction.

This went together pretty easily, though illustrations could have been better.
When nearly complete, it was obvious that good materials and clever people had come together to design this piece. It is very handy, serving as an extension to a counter top and as a moveable bar for parties. We haven't used the pullout cutting board, but think it will be useful as another surface for a buffet sometime.

This cart is exactly what I was looking for and I was surprised to actually find it! We needed more storage and work space in our kitchen and wanted something that would fit in a small space between two doors. This Cook's Cart w/cutting board is exactly the right size and the cutting board is great when you want to put something down and have no place to put it. My husband and I put it together because unless you have exactly the right tools, you need two people for many of the steps and many are very awkward. Your instructions were very exact and with the pictures we were able to figure out what to do, but we wouldn't want to do it again, although now that it's put together, I love it. If it were easier to assemble, I'd give it five stars.
