I spent a million hours on line looking for a table and then took the plunge with this one and I have no regrets. This is a classy, sturdy table that looks much more expensive than it is. I bought two extra chairs too and they easily fit. It is a very large table and seems sturdy. [...] Don't pass up this beautiful set!

Service Review

Furniture was not delivered by the deadline that had been guaranteed to us. We were promised the 'platinum white glove service' which did not in any way reflect our delivery experience. This service was to include full assembly of our dining room set, instead it was delivered in a box. The delivery guys insisted this was not their job to do and simply left, although they were informed during the delivery by us that the full on-site assembly was included. Several days later the delivery company sent a new crew to assemble the dining table and took the chairs back for assembly to their warehouse. Once we actually received the assembled chairs and sat on them we noticed one chair leg was loose. In tightening it, we noticed that all screws were very loose and required tightening. In summary, we still are happy with the dining room set, but the service was quite disappointing.

I've been checking this set for a long time. I was ready to order from [@], then found the dining direct website. The price is way better and review is very good. So I ordered it and it is one of the best set I have bought without seeing the product. It looks so nice in my kitchen.

This table and chairs is absolute stunning. Pictures on the internet do not do it justice. The table top has a very nice radial wood pattern, which can be seen at the Modus site. I am very happy with the furniture. Wayfair / Wayfair is a good company to do business with. [...]

Service Review

Delivery was very prompt and on time. Although not without some dissapointment. Granted this is a contracted service, but when the workers "walk" on the table top that was face down on the factory wrap, it raises eyebrows . . . some of the chairs were assembled with the foam wrap still trapped in a seam and a few fasteners were left loose. The workers did remove all of the packaging, but "White Glove" is not an accurate description. Granted without them pulling out a vacuum to suck up all the staticy styrofoam bits, not sure if they could be any neater.
