This item will be delivered by a white glove freight carrier. White glove carriers are different from common carriers in that they provide the customer with many benefits throughout the delivery process. Unlike common carriers, a white glove delivery team consists of at least two people so you will not be burdened with helping the driver carry your order from the back of the truck to your home.

Important note: Once your order arrives in your area, a representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery. You MUST inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the product has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

This item ships using the Platinum level of white glove service. Please read the service description below for details.

White Glove Platinum
Platinum service level provides two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.

*In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

I use it at our bay house. The counter height is nice because you are up higher and can view the bay better.
I did have to purchase an oak stain pen to color in the white distress marks and was very satisfied after that.

Service and delivery comments:

My delivery arrived on the day I was told by the company in Houston. However, your company told me that they were going to set it up for us. However, that was not the case. We had to put it together.
Also, just so you are aware, the Houston delivery company only delivered to our bay house which is in Palacios Texas on a Wednesday. That was very inconvenient for us because we live in Houston and had to take off work for the day and drive there (2 hour drive) and return back to Houston the same day. Ouch...with the price of gas what it is it was very costly to us.
