I ordered this product for my daughter. She is a consummate baker and didn't have a good working surface to knead or roll dough. She is thrilled with the silicone non-stick concept, and this product's durability is amazing. I am delighted that I contributed to my daughter's baking ease.

Recently installed granite countertops and wanted something to protect them when rolling cut-out cookies, pie crusts and noodles. I have used a couple of times and it works very well. Love the feature that keeps it from slipping/moving around on the countertop. Purchased the large size and it is well worth the extra cost. I decided to roll it up and hold with a rubber band for storage in a lower cabinet.
