Bakers rack at first looked flimsy. But once assembled which by the way went together very quickly it proved to be sturdy. I love the rack and everyone who sees it compliments on how nice it looks. Would definetely buy again from this merchant. Was a pleasure to do business with.,

Product arrived in a timely manner. A few minor defects in the parts and pieces for assembly. The wicker baskets took almost as much time to assemble as the rack itself! Definitely recommend two or more people to speed up assembly time. The rack works well to display cookbooks and for storing small handheld or countertop appliances and extra kitchen supplies, such as dish towels.

Fits perfectly in the kitchen - microwave on wood shelf, plants and cookbooks on top and cereal/chips/food storage in baskets. Love it!

Love this bakers rack. Stylish and useful.
baskets are great for all kinds of stuff from tupperware to kitchen misc, it keeps things out of sight!
My only wish for this product was that the upper shelfs were solid instead of open bars. Makes it difficult to put smaller stuff on the shelfs because it falls through.

easy to assemble except for the baskets, they would not fit together and I could never get all the screws in and the material was very rough on my hands.

The wicker drawers are not on tracks and require the use of one hand to hold the drawer and the other to put items in or take items out of drawer. This feature make them less useful.
Service and delivery comments:
Product was not packed well for shipping. One of the fittings was bent and required pliers and a strong arm to fix. Also, one of the shelves is slightly bent. Neither small bit of damage was enough to return or request another part be sent. My recommendation is that the product be packed in a more heavy duty styrofoam and box for shipping.
